A 30 minute conversation tells us nothing about how you handle a customer's appliance, how you navigate traffic to arrive on time, or how you treat someone's home when you walk through their door.

At Zibuke OnCall, you earn your position by doing the actual work. We hand you the keys, the route, and the responsibility. You show us who you are through every collection and every delivery. That is the Accountability Assessment. It is the only interview that matters.

You pass the Accountability Assessment and earn your permanent Driver position by completing 70 real collection and delivery jobs. This number is not random. It is the exact point where we can trust you completely with our customers and their appliances. Here is what you prove along the way:

Reliability: You arrive when you say you will. Customers are waiting for you to collect or deliver their appliance. When you show up on time, every time, you build the kind of trust that keeps people choosing Zibuke OnCall.
Care: You treat every appliance as if you paid for it yourself. No scratches. No dents. You walk into someone's home and you leave it exactly as you found it, except they now have a working appliance.
Communication: You pick up the phone when something changes. If there is a delay, you tell the customer before they have to wonder. If you cannot find the address, you ask. You never leave someone guessing.
Accountability: You own every job from start to finish. Traffic is not an excuse. A flat tyre is a problem you solve. You find a way to keep your promise because that is who you are.
Generosity: You bring kindness to every doorstep. A genuine smile. A moment of patience. The way you carry someone's appliance shows them you care. Customers remember how you made them feel.

You cannot fake these five qualities in an interview. You can only show them through 70 real jobs. That is why this assessment exists. We trust people who prove themselves, and you will be one of them.

📋 How Your Assessment Works

You fill in the form with your details and answer three questions. We check that you hold a valid driver's licence, you live in South Africa, and you are genuinely interested in logistics work. We read every application personally.

You Start Your Assessment

Once you are accepted, you begin completing real collection and delivery jobs. Our Logistics Manager guides you through the process. You earn a commission on every job you complete. You use our vehicles, our fuel, and you receive support every step of the way. During the assessment period, you earn commission only.

You Complete 70 Jobs

Your goal is to complete 70 jobs within 1 month. Every job you complete must be confirmed by the customer. You have 30 days to reach this number, and you have full access to our vehicles, fuel, and the Logistics Manager's support throughout.

📌 55-Delivery Milestone: To qualify for a possible extension, you must have completed at least 55 deliveries on time by the end of your first month. If you reach 55, you may be granted a single one-month extension at your manager's discretion to complete the remaining 15. If you are below 55 at the end of the month, no extension is possible.

You Earn Your Permanent Position

The moment you complete your 70th job, you are a permanent Driver at Zibuke OnCall. You move to a full salary with benefits. You have already proven that you are reliable, careful, and accountable. That proof is worth more than any interview could ever be.

⚠️ If You Do Not Reach 70 Jobs

If you do not complete 70 jobs within the 1-month assessment period, you will not pass. If you completed 55 deliveries on time by the end of the month, you will receive a one-month extension. If you still do not reach 70 by the end of the extension, you do not pass. But here is what matters: you keep every commission you earned. You leave with real work experience, real earnings, and a real reference. That is more than any interview rejection gives you.
