We are building this company one honest hire at a time. Right now, you can apply for Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Technician, Technical Manager, Driver, our Business Management Internship and Marketing Management Internship for TVET N6 graduates, or our 4-year Appliance Repair Apprenticeship. Each role asks you to prove yourself through real work before you are hired. A Sales Representative earns a R7,500 monthly salary after graduating from assessment by selling 45 packages in 3 months. A Sales Manager builds and leads a local team of Sales Representative candidates and passes when 12 of them graduate their own 45-package assessment. A Technician completes 48 repairs without callback in 2 months. A Technical Manager leads up to 25 technicians at our workshop and earns R18,000 monthly salary plus bonuses after passing. A Driver completes 70 jobs on time in 1 month. This is how we know you belong here, and this is how you know the people around you earned their place too. Senior roles like District Manager, Provincial Department Head, and Managing Director are promotions given to Sales Managers who prove they can lead. We do not hire from the outside for those positions. We grow our leaders from within because we believe in the people who started with us. Important: Zibuke OnCall has two separate accountability systems. The Accountability Assessment is for candidates who are not yet employees. The Accountability Score (measured in bars) is for employees who have passed their assessment. Bars earned each month reset on the 29th and are added to your annual total for bonus calculation. The management can create sections within departments and set accountability targets for each section.
