Sell corporate maintenance contracts worth R20,000 or more per month to insurance companies, property managers, and retailers across South Africa. Earn a R32,000 monthly salary plus commission and annual bonuses. Prove yourself by generating R100,000 in monthly revenue during your Accountability Assessment.
You are the bridge between Zibuke OnCall's corporate maintenance capability and the corporations that need us. Your job is to find companies that maintain physical infrastructure, show them how our fixed monthly retainer eliminates their maintenance chaos, and close contracts worth R20,000 or more per month.
You will sell to insurance companies that process thousands of appliance claims. You will sell to property management companies that oversee hundreds of rental units. You will sell to retailers that need consistent warranty service across all their stores. You will sell to hotels, hospitals, and schools that cannot afford maintenance failures.
This is a remote role. You work from your car, from coffee shops, from client offices. You manage your own schedule. You set your own meetings. You close your own deals. The only thing that matters is results.

Your total earnings depend on the contracts you close. The R32,000 salary is your base. Commission and bonuses are earned on top of that. A Regional Sales Manager who closes five corporate contracts at R20,000 each per month is generating R100,000 in revenue and earning significantly more than the base salary.
Before you are hired as a permanent employee, you must prove yourself through real work. This is how we know you belong here, and this is how you know the people around you earned their place too.
You must generate R100,000 per month in corporate contract revenue within your assessment period. This means closing and maintaining corporate contracts that collectively pay Zibuke OnCall R100,000 per month.
Any combination that reaches R100,000 in total monthly contract revenue passes the assessment. The contracts must be signed, active, and generating revenue. Verbal agreements and proposals in progress do not count.
You have three months to reach R100,000 in monthly revenue. This gives you enough time to prospect, meet decision makers, run site assessments, submit proposals, and close deals. Corporate sales cycles typically run four to eight weeks, so you need to start strong from day one.
You become a permanent Regional Sales Manager at Zibuke OnCall. You receive your R32,000 monthly salary, your commission on every contract you close, your annual bonus based on your accountability score bars, UIF contributions, and access to medical benefits. You continue selling and growing your portfolio of corporate clients.
If you do not reach R100,000 in monthly revenue within three months, your assessment is not renewed. We do not extend assessments. We do not offer second chances. This is not because we do not believe in you. It is because the corporate clients you would have signed are depending on us to deliver a service we promised. If you cannot sell the contracts, we cannot deliver the service, and the client suffers. We protect our clients by only hiring people who can bring them to us.
You must have previous experience selling to corporate accounts or previous work as a real estate agent. We are not looking for retail sales experience or call centre experience. We are looking for people who have sat across the table from a decision maker at a corporation, understood their problem, presented a solution, and closed a deal worth tens of thousands of rands per month.
If you have sold commercial property, enterprise software, business services, insurance products, or any other product or service to corporate buyers, you have the right experience. If you have worked as a real estate agent negotiating property deals, you have the right experience. If your sales experience is limited to consumer products or one off transactions, this role is not for you.
This role is remote and on the road. You will drive to client meetings, site assessments, and industry events across your region. You need a reliable car that you own. We do not provide company vehicles. We do not reimburse car payments. We do contribute toward fuel costs for client visits, but the car must be yours and it must be reliable.
Your target clients are corporations that maintain physical infrastructure and currently spend significant amounts on maintenance through fragmented, unpredictable vendor relationships. These are the sectors where the need is greatest and the contracts are largest.
Insurance companies process thousands of appliance claims every year. Each claim requires finding a repair vendor, negotiating a price, coordinating collection, tracking the repair, and processing the invoice. You show them how Zibuke OnCall becomes the single repair partner for all claims in a region. One partner, one invoice, predictable costs. Contract values range from R20,000 to R150,000 per month.
Property managers oversee portfolios of rental properties with constant plumbing, electrical, and appliance maintenance needs. They manage four to six separate vendors and spend ten to twenty hours every week coordinating maintenance. You show them how Zibuke OnCall handles all four trades under one contract. Contract values range from R20,000 to R200,000 per month.
Retailers that sell appliances and electronics have warranty obligations to every customer. Most outsource warranty repairs to independent shops with inconsistent quality and variable pricing. You show them how Zibuke OnCall becomes the warranty service partner with consistent quality and predictable costs. Contract values range from R20,000 to R100,000 per month.
Hotels, hospitals, and schools maintain large facilities with critical maintenance needs. A broken air conditioner in a hotel room, a failed refrigerator in a hospital, or a burst geyser in a school creates immediate problems. You show them how Zibuke OnCall provides rapid response and preventive maintenance under a fixed monthly retainer. Contract values range from R20,000 to R300,000 per month.
Selling corporate maintenance contracts is not like selling a product off a shelf. It is a process that requires patience, empathy, and genuine understanding of the client's world.
You identify corporations that maintain physical assets across multiple sites, currently spend at least R15,000 per month on maintenance, experience unpredictable costs, and have a decision maker with authority to sign a monthly retainer contract. If a prospect does not meet these criteria, you do not sell to them.
You spend thirty minutes researching the prospect before you make contact. You understand their business model, their customers, and their challenges. When you finally speak to the decision maker, you demonstrate within the first two minutes that you understand their industry and their specific problems.
Your first conversation is eighty percent listening and twenty percent talking. You ask about their current maintenance situation, their pain points, and their goals. You document every answer because these exact words become the foundation of your proposal.
You offer a free site assessment. You walk their facilities with their team. You document their assets. You identify risks they have overlooked. You demonstrate expertise that builds trust.
You translate every feature of our service into a benefit that matters to their business. You use their own words from the discovery conversation. You show them projected cost savings and measurable outcomes.
You focus on budget certainty, time savings, customer satisfaction, compliance, and peace of mind. You frame the decision in terms of the costs they are already incurring and the chaos they are already experiencing.
Most corporate deals close after three to five meaningful interactions. You follow up with value at every touchpoint. You never pressure. You build trust over time.
