This guide shows you exactly how to use the Zibuke OnCall employee portal. Every tab, every feature, every action. You will know what to do from your first day.
You received an email with your temporary password when your manager created your account. That email came from Zibuke OnCall. It contains everything you need to sign in for the first time.
Open your browser and go to zibukeoncall.co.za/my-account. You will see three options. Choose Employee. This takes you to the employee login page.
Use the email address your manager registered for you. Use the temporary password from the email. Click Sign In.
The system will ask you to create a new password. Choose something only you know. Your new password must be at least eight characters. Write it down somewhere safe.
Your dashboard is the first thing you see. It shows your role, your accountability bars, and the tabs you are allowed to use. Only the tabs that matter to your job are visible. Everything else stays hidden.
If you are an intern, you will be redirected to the intern portal after login. That portal has everything you need for your internship logbook and evidence uploads.
Every employee sees the same dashboard layout. The difference is what content appears inside. Your role determines which stats, which tabs, and which tools you can access.
A sales representative sees different tabs than a technician. A driver sees different tools than a manager. The portal shows you only what you need. Nothing extra. Nothing confusing. Every tab you see is there because your job requires it.
This is what a sales representative sees. Eight tabs that power their entire workday. Every tool exists to help them sell, communicate, and track their success.
This is what a master user sees. Many more tabs because they manage the entire organisation.

Your accountability bars reset on the 29th of every month. But they are added to your annual total. Every bar counts. Every sale matters.

As a Sales Manager, you earn manager bonus bars when your team performs well. These bars are separate from your personal sales bars. They reward you for developing your people. The better your team does, the more bonus bars you earn.
When a new sales representative joins your team, you create their account through the portal. Go to the Employees tab. Click Create Team Member. Enter their details. Choose their role. The system sends them a temporary password by email. They sign in and change it on their first login.

You are building your future. Your internship is 24 months of real work that leads to your National Diploma. The intern portal is where you manage your logbook, upload evidence, and track your progress.
When you sign in at the employee portal with your email and password, the system recognizes your role as intern. It redirects you automatically to the intern portal. You do not need to navigate there manually.
Your dashboard shows your current month number out of 24. It shows how many logbook entries you have. It shows how many evidence files you have uploaded. It shows your commission earnings if you are on the Business Management or Marketing Management internship.
Your logbook is the record of your internship. Every task you complete, every skill you learn, every customer you help goes here. Add a new entry by filling in the subject and description. Your supervisor reviews and signs each entry. Signed entries count toward your 18 month logbook requirement.
Evidence proves what you have done. Upload photos of work you completed. Upload documents you created. Upload files that show your skills. Every upload is saved to your portfolio. When you apply for your National Diploma, this evidence supports your application.
Your internship is not just a job. It is the foundation of your career. Treat every logbook entry and every piece of evidence as an investment in your future.
Accountability bars are how Zibuke OnCall measures your contribution. They are not punishment. They are proof. Every bar you earn represents real work you did for real customers.
Every role has a monthly target. A sales representative must sell 20 packages per month. A technician must complete a set number of repairs. A driver must complete a set number of jobs. When you exceed your target, you earn bars for each unit above the target.
Your bars are always visible on your dashboard. You see your monthly bars and your annual total. The monthly bars show what you earned this month. The annual total shows everything you earned since January. Your estimated annual bonus is calculated from your annual total.
Monthly bars reset on the 29th of every month. But they are not lost. They are added to your annual total before they reset. Every bar you earn counts toward your year end bonus. The management sets the value of each bar based on the company's annual profitability.
Bars are the fairest way to measure performance. They are based on results, not opinions. They are based on what you did, not who you know. Every employee is measured the same way. The person with the most bars at the end of the year earns the highest bonus. That is accountability.
Weekly reports keep your manager informed about your work. They take two minutes to write. They make a real difference in how your manager supports you.
Write your Monday report at the start of the week. Tell your manager what you plan to accomplish. What targets you are aiming for. What challenges you expect. This sets the tone for the week.
Write your Friday report at the end of the week. Tell your manager what you achieved. What went well. What was difficult. What you need help with. Honesty matters more than sounding perfect.
Your reports help your manager help you. If you are struggling, say so. If you are winning, share that too. Your manager cannot support you if they do not know what you need.
Your Salary tab shows your earnings. You see your current month net salary. You see your year to date total. You see your salary history for every month this year.
If you are still in your Accountability Assessment, you see your commission history instead of salary. This shows every commission you earned during Phase 1. When you graduate to Phase 2, your salary information appears here.
The master user sees additional options. Salary rules for the organisation. The ability to process payroll. The ability to generate payslips for all employees. These tools are for master use only.
Communication keeps the team together. The Messages tab connects you with your colleagues and customers. You can send text messages. You can send voice notes. You can share updates.
The Customers tab shows messages from customers. These are one on one conversations. When a customer sends a message, it appears here. Respond promptly. Respond with care. Every message is a chance to build trust.
Voice notes let you send audio messages. They are useful when typing is not practical. You might be on a route. You might be at a customer's home. Record a voice note instead of typing. Your team hears your voice and understands your message.
Your password protects your account. It protects your salary information. It protects your accountability records. Keep it safe. Change it regularly. Never share it.
